Gite Bonnefil is een voormalige boerderij, volledig gerenoveerd tot een riante moderne villa van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer comfortabel. Achter de charmante gevel vind u alle comfort, luxe en ruimte. Op de begane grond is een ruime leefkeuken met grote eethoek, veel opbergruimte, een 4 pits kookplaat, afzuigkap, oven, magnetron, grote koelkast en een wijnkoelkast. De zitkamer heeft een riante loungebank met xxl-smart-tv. Er is een bureauhoek, geschikt voor telewerk. De grote schuifpui komt uit op het enorme terras met loungebank. Het hoger gelegen terras heeft een overkapping, een grote eettafel met stoelen en een barbecue met uitzicht op het zwembad van 3x12m. Er zijn ligbedden op het zwembadterras. Rond het zwembad is een grote, volledig omheinde tuin. 

Op de verdieping zijn een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden. De masterbedroom heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een grote en-suite badkamer met douche en 2 wastafels en een ruime inloopkast. Er is een apart toilet en een tweede badkamer met bad en dubbele wastafel. Op de ruime overloop is een zithoek. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein.

Lagrave met haar landelijke charme ligt ongeveer vijftien kilometer ten westen van Albi en is een must voor wijnliefhebbers. Talrijke wijnhuizen openen hun deuren voor bezoekers voor proeverijen en rondleidingen. Wie geïnteresseerd is in archeologie, kan zijn hart ophalen op de site van Sainte-Sigolène, waar in de 7e eeuw een vrouwenklooster werd gesticht.

Het kasteel van Mauriac, een historisch gebouw dat u niet mag missen in de Tarn. Het stadje werd in 1222 gesticht door Raymond VII, graaf van Toulouse, en heeft zijn authenticiteit weten te behouden, wat het zo charmant maakt. Een wandeling door de middeleeuwse stad is een ware belevenis, temeer omdat de straten bezaaid zijn met ambachtelijke winkeltjes en kunstgaleries. Het bastidedorp Castelnau-de-Montmiral, dat tot de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk behoort werd rond 1222 gebouwd en heeft vele conflicten doorstaan, waardoor het zijn prachtige erfgoed heeft kunnen behouden. Van de zes oorspronkelijke poorten in de vestingmuren zijn er nog maar drie over. Neem binnen de vestingmuren de tijd om door het doolhof van steegjes te slenteren: de mooie bakstenen en vakwerkhuizen zijn een lust voor het oog. Een van de must-see bezienswaardigheden is het centrale plein met zijn spitsboogarcades, een waar juweeltje van middeleeuwse architectuur! De kerk uit de 15e en 16e eeuw herbergt het kruis van Montmiral. Mis ook het stadhuis en het 17e-eeuwse huis Bozat niet. Castelnau-de-Montmiral ligt op een rotsachtige uitloper en biedt bovendien een prachtig uitzicht op het bos van Grésigne en de wijngaarden van Gaillac!

Het middeleeuwse dorp Monestiés, gelegen aan de oever van de rivier, is een rustige tussenstop in het departement Tarn. Het dorp dateert uit de 10e eeuw en biedt vandaag de dag een rijk erfgoed met oude vakwerkhuizen en uitkragende huizen, oude vestingwerken en culturele schatten. Een van de hoogtepunten van Monestiés is de kapel Saint-Jacques met haar twintig levensgrote beelden in veelkleurig steen! De middeleeuwse stad Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val heeft een prachtig architecturaal erfgoed dat getuigt van haar verleden als belangrijk ambachtelijk en commercieel centrum. In het hart van de oude stad, vlakbij de markthal, staat het oude stadhuis, of Maison Romane, dat dateert uit 1125 en een van de oudste civiele monumenten van Frankrijk is! Rondom nodigen pittoreske, kronkelende straatjes, omzoomd met oude huizen, winkeltjes van kunstenaars en ambachtslieden uit tot een wandeling. 

De voormalige cisterciënzerabdij van Beaulieu ligt in de groene vallei van de Seye, in de gemeente Ginals. Na de Revolutie werd het eerst een gebedsplaats en daarna een landbouwbedrijf, voordat het in 1970 een centrum voor hedendaagse kunst werd. Tijdens een bezoek aan het centrum kunt u ook tal van architectonische bezienswaardigheden ontdekken, zoals de gotische abdijkerk, de kapittelzaal en de kelder.

Het charmante dorpje Varen ligt in het noordoosten van Tarn-et-Garonne, op de grens met de departementen Tarn en Aveyron, en heeft uit zijn verleden als voormalig decanaat een prachtig architectonisch erfgoed behouden. Getuige hiervan zijn de romaanse kerk uit de 11e eeuw, het kasteel uit de 15e eeuw, vroeger de residentie van de deken en nu de zetel van het gemeentehuis, de versterkte poort met kantelen en de mooie huizen die u tijdens een wandeling langs komt. Een middeleeuwse tuin tegenover het kasteel draagt bij aan de charme van deze plek.

Castres is een stad die meteen bij de eerste aanblik betovert. De kleurrijke oude huizen langs de Agout geven de stad een pittoreske sfeer, waardoor ze ook wel het kleine Venetië van de Languedoc wordt genoemd. Als u deze huizen van dichtbij wilt bekijken, stap dan aan boord van een typische houten boot, een ‘coche d'eau’, en vaar over het water, zowel overdag als 's nachts, om deze huizen te bewonderen die vroeger toebehoorden aan de leerlooiers, wevers, perkamentmakers en ververs van de stad. Vanaf de kade van de Jacobins heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op dit architecturale geheel!

Le Gîte Bonnefil est une ancienne ferme entièrement rénovée en une villa moderne spacieuse, tout confort et très confortable. Derrière la charmante façade, vous trouverez tout le confort, le luxe et l'espace. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une grande cuisine avec un grand coin repas, de nombreux rangements, une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, une hotte aspirante, un four, un micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur et un réfrigérateur à vin. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé avec une télévision XXL connectée. Il y a un coin bureau, adapté au télétravail. La grande baie vitrée coulissante donne sur l'immense terrasse avec canapé. La terrasse surélevée est couverte, dispose d'une grande table à manger avec des chaises et d'un barbecue avec vue sur la piscine de 3 x 12 m. Des chaises longues sont disponibles sur la terrasse de la piscine. La piscine est entourée d'un grand jardin entièrement clôturé. 

À l'étage, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec deux lits simples. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une grande salle de bains attenante avec douche et deux lavabos, ainsi que d'un grand dressing. Il y a des toilettes séparées et une deuxième salle de bains avec baignoire et double lavabo. Le grand palier comprend un coin salon. Vous pouvez vous garer sur le terrain.

Avec son charme rural, Lagrave se trouve à environ quinze kilomètres à l'ouest d'Albi et est un incontournable pour les amateurs de vin. Gite Bonnefil is a former farmhouse, completely renovated into a spacious modern villa with all modern conveniences and very comfortable. Behind the charming façade, you will find every comfort, luxury and space. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with a large dining area, plenty of storage space, a 4-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and a wine refrigerator. The sitting room has a spacious lounge sofa with an XXL smart TV. There is a desk area, suitable for teleworking. The large sliding doors open onto the enormous terrace with a lounge sofa. The higher terrace has a canopy, a large dining table with chairs and a barbecue overlooking the 3x12m swimming pool. There are sun loungers on the pool terrace. The pool is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed garden. 

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large en-suite bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. There is a separate toilet and a second bathroom with bath and double sink. There is a sitting area on the spacious landing. Parking is available on site.

Lagrave, with its rural charm, is located about fifteen kilometres west of Albi and is a must for wine lovers. Numerous wineries open their doors to visitors for tastings and tours. Those interested in archaeology will love the site of Sainte-Sigolène, where a convent was founded in the 7th century. The area around Lagrave offers wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling through the vineyards and hilly countryside.
