We ask identity documents beforehand and check them when we drop of the keys and sign the rental agreement. We’re there to answer their questions and solve problems must there be some while the place is rented. After each rental period we check inventory to make sure nothing is missing before returning the deposit and launch cleaning teams after each stay.Â

All our property-management-services are offered in a 2-hour-range from our headquarters in Toulouse. This to ensure an optimal quality of the services that will be provided.Â
If you’re interested in our property-management-services, this includes key-holder, hotel-service and maintenance, make sure to mention this when you contract us to find your holiday home through our property finding services as it limits the eligible area’s.Â
