FELIX BROECKX - founder
As founders of Sud’Arrange, we have a passion for travelling, local cultures and traditional architecture. During the 6 years that preceded the launch of Sud’Arrange we got to know the area, local culture and we planted our roots in it’s society. As our headquarters are in the vicinity of Toulouse, we are ideally planted between the Mediterranean, Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees.
In 2019 we started work on ou traditional 19th century farmhouse and got to know traditional building techniques, their modern counterparts and we learned to work with French contractors, which might be a bit… French… sometimes.
Elena mastered in international contract law, works as paralegal and is a legal translator for the court. I am an economist with a master’s in marketing and worked for years as a regional manager for a major player in retail. To develop Sud’Arrange. I picked up my studies at the age of 29 to get a bachelor’s degree in real estate management.
We are convinced to add value to our customers journey to find a second vacation home. We want to offer an A to Z service that relieves our customers from the hassle of finding and maintaining a home abroad. Our success comes from the relation of trust that we create with our customers as well as our partners, the follow-up we do on the maintenance work they offer and the wide range of services we offer.
